Issue of Shares upon Warrants Exercise

Total Voting Rights

Corcel Plc, ("Corcel" or "the Company"), the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in battery metals and flexible grid solutions, announces that it has received notice of the exercise of 500,000 warrants at an exercise price of £0.016 per share, for gross proceeds of £8,000, which have been credited to the Company's account. Accordingly, the Company has issued 500,000 new ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.

Admission to trading on AIM

Application is being made to AIM of London Stock Exchange for 500,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. Dealings are expected to commence on or around 26 April 2021.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the 500,000 new Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 330,381,614 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

The above figure of 330,381,614 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
