Regency Mines plc announces that pursuant to a drawdown by the Company of facilities provided under the terms of the Amended Standby Equity Distribution Agreement announced on 20 June 2011 ("the Agreement"), the Company has issued 36,016,750 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Shares") at a price of 0.40 of a penny per Share to YA Global Master SPV ("YA Global") to raise £144,067 ("Issue"),

The net proceeds of the Issue will be applied towards repayments under the loan agreement entered into with YA Global which was announced on 17 June 2011.

Following the issue of Shares, YA Global holds 44,716,750 ordinary shares in the Company  representing 4.2% of the enlarged share capital.

Following the issue of Shares, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital will be 1,063,888,133 ordinary shares. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new Shares and Fee Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM.  Dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 15 April 2013.
