Sale of Horse Hill Oil Interest

Further to the announcement of 12 March 2015, Regency Mines Plc is pleased to announce the completion of the sale to Alba Mineral Resources plc ("Alba") of Regency's 5 per cent stake in Horse Hill Developments Limited, with the receipt of the £290,000 balance of the consideration.

Andrew Bell, Chairman, comments:
