Notice of General Meeting

Regency Mines plc, a mining exploration and mineral investment company with interests in nickel and other minerals in Australia, Africa, and Papua New Guinea, announces that on 20 February 2014 a notice of a general meeting to take place at 1 Adam Street London WC2N 6LE on 11 March 2014 at 11 am was posted to shareholders.

The purpose of this meeting is to grant additional authorities of the Company, enabling it to dis-apply pre-emption rights as required.  This authorisation builds on Resolution 5 passed by ordinary resolution at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 30 December 2013. The additional flexibility will enable the Company to consider potential transactions and opportunities as well as to meet future obligations during 2014 as deemed necessary.
