Corcel, the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in battery metals and flexible energy generation and storage, announces an award of options.
Options Award and Director's Dealings
The Company announces the grant of 20,606,278 five-year options to Directors and key staff, 8,447,197 of which fall under the Company's existing Enterprise Management Scheme. Each option entitles the holder upon exercise to one ordinary share of £0.0001 in the capital of the Company at a strike price of £0.017 (a 26% premium to the most recent closing price of 25 February 2022). The options have a three-year vesting period with the vesting further contingent on the award of a mining lease at the Company's Mambare nickel-cobalt project in Papua New Guinea. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee, the Board has awarded the following options.
