Regency Mines Plc (LON: RGM) announces that on 14 July 2020 the Company was notified that Ewen Ainsworth, Non-Executive Director, sold and repurchased within an ISA an aggregate 549,028 Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 each in the Company.

Specifically, on 14 July 2020, Ewen Ainsworth sold a total of 549,028 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.0085 per Ordinary Share and on 14 July 2020 repurchased 549,028 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.00857 per Ordinary Share.  The shares are held in Rock (Nominees) Limited A/C ISA.

Following the transaction, Mr. Ainsworth remains beneficially interested in 2,253,429 Ordinary Shares, which equates to 1.19% of the Company's total issued share capital.
