Regency announces that it has today been informed of a transfer of ordinary shares of 0.01p each in Regency Mines ("Ordinary Shares") by a director of the Company, Scott Kaintz.

Mr. Kaintz has transferred a total of 21,052 Ordinary Shares held in his own name to a nominee account at HSBC Client Holdings Nominee UK Ltd, for nil consideration.

Mr. Kaintz's beneficial holding has not changed as a result of this transfer and so he remains interested in 2,709,262 Ordinary Shares representing 1.07% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
