Regency Mines Plc, the exploration and mineral investment company, has been notified by Mr Andrew Bell, a Director, that following a purchase of 14,100,399 shares in the Company at 0.015p per share, his interest in the share capital of Regency is 63,996,316 shares, amounting to 2.56% of the issued share capital.

His shareholdings in the Company following the purchase are set out in the table below:
