Directors Dealings

The Company has been advised today that Julian Lee and Andrew Bell, directors in the Company, have effected a reorganisation of their indirect shareholdings in the Company. These directors have confirmed that, with regard to this reorganisation,  no shares were  sold or purchased.

By the transfer of shares held indirectly and into their own names (where appropriate), the directors consider that this would provide clarity as to their shareholdings in the Company.

Today's earlier announcement regarding the issue of equity and directors' dealings accurately reflects the current position.

Further to the announcement on 30 November 2012, it was stated that both Andrew Bell and Julian Lee were beneficial holders of:

a)         11,444,285 shares in the Company held by Bellmin Ltd.

These have now all been transferred today to Andrew Bell and are held by him in his own name.

b)        12,475,000 shares in the Company held by Hartmann Capital Nominees.

Of these shares, 7,691,143 shares in the Company have been transferred today to Andrew Bell and are held by him in his own name. The balance of 4,783,857 shares in the Company were transferred today to HSBC Global Custody Nominee (UK) Ltd in which Julian Lee is the indirect beneficial shareholder.

The table below is a replication of that released earlier today and reflects the current director shareholding in the Company.
