Corcel plc, (London AIM: CRCL), the Angolan focused exploration and production company, confirms that at the General Meeting (GM) of the Company held earlier today to approve the resolutions, as set out in the Notice of GM published to shareholders on 22 November 2023, all resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands.
