Changes in Corbion Supervisory Board composition

At the Corbion General Shareholders Meeting held on 22 May 2015 Mr. Werner Spinner stepped down from the Supervisory Board after 11 years of distinguished service to the company.

The Supervisory Board wants to thank Mr. Spinner for his 11 years of active service in various Supervisory Board membership roles within Corbion. The Supervisory Board has benefited immensely from his extensive management experience and (bio)chemical industry knowledge.

At the shareholders meeting it was also announced that Mr. Mathieu Vrijsen will take over the role as Chairman and that Mr. Rudy Markham will take up the role of Vice-Chairman. The shareholders approved the reappointment of Mr. Jack de Kreij and appointment of Mrs. Liz Doherty as members of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board now consists of Mr. Mathieu Vrijsen (Chairman), Mr. Rudy Markham (Vice-Chairman), Mrs. Liz Doherty, Mr. Jack de Kreij, Mr. Rob Pieterse and Mr. Steen Riisgaard.
