Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approves revised Articles of Association.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Corbion (the new trade name of CSM nv), held on 11 October 2013, approved the amendments to the Articles of Association and the change of the company name in Corbion N.V.

The company's listing on Euronext Amsterdam will be changed to Corbion (CRBN) on 23 October 2013.

The Meeting also approved the authorization of the Board of Management to acquire shares in the share capital of the company on behalf of the company up to 25% of issued share capital, as well as the authorization to cancel common and financing preference shares repurchased by the company.
