CANCELLATION OF GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

The Directors advise that the General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 16 May 2007 has been cancelled.

The Directors note that the Resolution to be put to members at the proposed meeting is now no longer valid in light of the lodgment with ASX of a notice of ceasing to be a substantial holder by RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited.
