Corazon Mining Limited (ASX: CZN) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Corazon Mining Limited (‘CZN’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CZN, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 3 April 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading halt request

Corazon Mining Limited ( Corazon or Company ) (ASX: CZN) hereby requests a Trading Halt in its securities from ASX effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

Corazon requests the Trading Halt from receipt of the request until the release of the announcement regarding the capital raising. It is anticipated that this announcement will be made no later than the commencement of trading on 3 April 2019.

Corazon is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
