ASX Release Dated 4th March 2009 – Farm-In Agreement

Following discussions today, we now submit a revised release concerning Graynic’s Nickel Farm-in Agreement in Cuba and Guatemala.

Our revised release provides some additional detail and we have made changes to the wording of our previous announcement at paragraph three (3) of page three (3).

This paragraph makes reference to previous drill results and the potential for exploration targets, whilst acknowledging that the potential is only conceptual in nature and may not result in the determination of a mineral resource.
