Director Appointment/Resignations

Australian exploration company Graynic Metals Limited (ASX: GYN) announces the following Board appointment and resignations.

Executive Directors Bronwyn Barnes and Mark Fletcher have resigned from the Company with immediate effect.

Adrian Byass B.Sc (Hons) Geol, B.Econ, MAIG, FSEG has been appointed Interim Managing Director to the Company. Adrian has considerable experience in the mining and minerals industry with previous roles including exploration, resource delineation and mine development for several gold and nickel companies. Mr Byass is currently an Executive Director of Ironbark Gold Ltd and a non‐executive Director of Wolf Minerals Ltd.
