Dear Sir,

The Board of Graynic Metals Limited announces the resignation of its Managing Director, Mr. Ron Thom. Mr. Thom has decided to take up other interests in Australia and abroad.

The Board has been negotiating with a potential replacement who is presently overseas, to take up the position of Managing Director and expects to make an appointment in early July.

In the interim the company's Chairman, Mr Ivan Hoffman, will act as Executive Chairman.
