Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

Coral Products PLC, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of specialist plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, at the Company's registered office, Southmoor Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester M23 9DS.

The Notice of AGM, together with the Form of Proxy and the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2025, have today been posted to shareholders and are available to view and download from the Company's website at:   www.coralproducts.com/investors

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote on all resolutions in advance of the meeting. Votes may be submitted by completing and returning the enclosed Form of Proxy or via CREST proxy voting (for CREST members) in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notice of AGM.

Shareholders are reminded that proxy votes must be received by the Company's Registrar no later than 12.00 p.m. on Monday, 24 November 2025.

The Board would like to thank all shareholders for their continued support and looks forward to welcoming those able to attend the AGM.
