Coral Products PLC (the "Company"), a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of moulded plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces that, further to the announcement of 11 February 2021, the disposal of Coral Product (Mouldings) Limited and Interpack Limited ("Disposals") are expected to complete by 4 March 2021.

A further announcement will be made in due course.

Change of Registered Office

The Company announces that the Company's registered office address has changed to Southmoor Road Roundthorn Industrial Estate Wythenshawe Manchester M23 9DS.
