Compliance with bank lending covenants 

In the Company's announcement dated 1 October 2018, it was noted that there had been historic breaches of financial covenants in the Company's mortgage loan facility in the year ended 30 April 2018.

The Board is pleased to announce that on 4 October 2018 the Company's bank agreed to waive any rights available to it as a result of such breaches.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
