Director's Shareholding

The Board of Coral announces that on 22 January 2014 Stuart Ferster, a director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 11.5833p per share and a further 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 11.5p per share.

Following these transactions, Stuart Ferster has a beneficial interest in 3,343,617 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.97% of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Mr Ferster's wife owns a further 54,750 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
