Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces it was informed on 22 May 2024 that Joe Grimmond, the Company's Non-Executive Chair, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 11.33 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this purchase, Joe Grimmond now has a beneficial interest over 6,512,337 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 7.30 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
