Coral Products plc, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces it was informed on 23 July 2021 that Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at 13.4 pence ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of this purchase, the aggregate holding of Joe Grimmond amounts to 6,343,337 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 7.65 per cent of the issued share capital.
