Coral Products plc, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces it was informed on 06 October 2021 that Noelle Low, spouse of David Low, a director of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares at 13.9436 pence ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of this purchase, the aggregate holding of David Low including the holding of his spouse, Noelle Low, amounts to 1,305,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.61 per cent of the issued share capital.
