Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces it was informed on 13 December 2021 that Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company, purchased 70,000 ordinary shares at 15.125 pence ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of this purchase, the aggregate holding of Joe Grimmond amounts to 6,413,337 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 7.97 per cent of the issued share capital.
