Coral Products PLC, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces it was informed today that on 22 September 2020 Michael Wood, a director of the Company, purchased 41,914 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 4.7 pence per share.

Following the above transaction, Mr Wood holds 304,992 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
