Coral Products PLC, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces it was informed on 2 April 2020 that Joe Grimmond, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of 5.2 pence per ordinary share on 2 April 2020.

Following the above transaction, Mr Grimmond holds 5,893,337 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.13 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
