Directors' Dealings

Coral Products PLC, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces it was informed on 25 September 2019 that Joe Grimmond and Paul Freud, respectively the Non-executive Chairman and an Executive Director of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares and 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively, representing 0.61 per cent. and 0.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, at an average price of 5.74 pence and at a price of 5.69 pence per ordinary share respectively.

Following the above transactions, Mr Grimmond holds 5,873,337 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 7.11 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Mr Freud holds 2,048,333 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.48 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
