Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products, announces that it was informed on 30 May 2019 that Neil Ashurst, Director of Coral Products (Mouldings) Limited, a subsidiary of Coral Products plc, purchased 47,389 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.06 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, at a price of 9.25 pence on 30 May 2019.

Following this announcement, Mr Ashurst holds 124,090 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.15 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
