Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products, announces that it was informed on 29 May 2019 that Stephanie Ingham, Group HR Manager of the Company, purchased 112,359 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.14 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, at a price of 8.9 pence on 28 May 2019.

Following this announcement, Mrs Ingham holds 193,688 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.23 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
