Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products, announces that it was informed on 22 May 2019 that Mick Wood, a Director of the Company, transferred a portion of his shareholding by selling 186,564 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.23 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, at a price of 7.5 pence per share and transferred the proceeds into an ISA account in his name to acquire 186,041 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.52 pence per share on 22 May 2019.

Following this announcement, Mr Wood holds 223,078 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.27 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
