Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products, announces that it was informed on 31 December 2018 that Sharon Gramauskas, a Director of the Company, sold 163,098 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.20 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, at a price of 11 pence per share and transferred the proceeds into an ISA account in her name to acquire 162,783 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 11.02 pence per share on 31 December 2018. 315 ordinary shares in the Company from Ms Gramauskas' current shareholding were used to pay transaction costs.

Following this announcement, Ms Gramauskas holds 162,783 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.20 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
