Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products, announces that it was informed on 4 December 2018 that Michael Wood, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 25,789 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, at a price of 11.4 pence per share on 3 December 2018.

Following this announcement, Mr Wood is interested in 0.23 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
