PDMR Dealing

The Company announces that it has received the following notification of a dealing in restricted securities from a PDMR, being a disposal by Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company to an associated trust. There is no change in Mr Grimmond's shareholding in the Company following the transaction. Mr Grimmond continues to own 5,173,337 ordinary shares representing 6.26% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
