Director Shareholding

Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces that, on 14 August 2015, David Low, a director of the Company, transferred 105,000 ordinary shares into his ISA. Following this transfer, Mr Low's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 805,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
