Director Shareholding

Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces that on 27 February 2015 David Low, a director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 11p per share.

Following this transaction, David Low has a beneficial interest in 805,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
