Director Shareholding

Coral Products plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, announces that, on 11 July 2014, Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 13.4p per share.

Following this transaction, Joe Grimmond has a beneficial interest in 5,073,337 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 8.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
