Director Shareholding

The Board of Coral announces that Joe Grimmond, a director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 10.5p and a further 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 10.9p on 13 February 2013.

Following these transactions, Mr Grimmond has a beneficial interest in 5,033,337 ordinary shares, representing 12.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.
