Coral Products plc, a group of specialist businesses in the design, UK manufacture and omni-channel supply of a wide range of bespoke plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces the resignation from the Board of Phil Allen, Division MD - Rigids, with immediate effect.

The position of Division MD - Rigids will not be replaced, and Phil's duties will be overseen by Ian Hillman, Group COO.  The Group is committed to resetting the cost base of the business in order to be better positioned to operate in the ongoing challenging economic conditions.

Joe Grimmond, Chairman of Coral Products, expressed appreciation for Phil's service, stating, "On behalf of everyone, I would like to thank Phil for his commitment to the Coral group of businesses and wish him well on his future endeavours."
