Change of Adviser

Coral products plc (AIM: CRU), a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cenkos Securities plc as nominated adviser and sole broker with immediate effect.

In accordance with AIM Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) sub-paragraph (v) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company also announces that Joe Grimmond was a director of the following companies:

James Dickie Castings Limited, when the winding up of James Dickie Castings Limited commenced under compulsory liquidation on 21 November 1991.  There were no funds available in the company that would enable payment to creditors and the company was dissolved on 30 June 1999.

Newall International Limited, when the company was placed under administrative receivership liquidation on 17 April 2001 with secured creditors amounting to approximately £2,511,942, preferential creditors amounting to approximately £180,768 and unsecured creditors amounting to approximately £1,576,462.  The secured creditors received the amount in full, the preferential creditors only received a small amount of dividend, and no distribution was made to unsecured creditors. The company was dissolved on 18 December 2007.

Shalibane PLC, when the company was placed under administrative receivership liquidation with creditors amounting to approximately £3,009,040 on 30 March 2001.  No distribution was made to unsecured creditors and the company was dissolved on 27 September 2005.
