Board changes

Coral Products PLC, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, is delighted to announce the appointment of Michael (Mick) Wood to the Board as Chief Executive Officer.

Concurrent with Mr Wood's appointment, Joe Grimmond, currently Executive Chairman will become Non-executive Chairman.

Michael Boulton Wood (MSc) (aged 53) was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (a non-board member) on 14 August 2017. Mr Wood was formerly UK Operations Manager at LINPAC Packaging Limited, a global provider of multi-material packaging products for the food industry. He was responsible for two UK manufacturing sites with a combined turnover of circa £90m and combined headcount of around 350 staff. Prior to this Mr Wood has held a number of senior roles within the UK packaging industry.

There is no further information regarding Mr Wood required to be disclosed pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
