Coral Products PLC, a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of injection moulded plastic products based in Haydock, Merseyside, is delighted to announce that further to the announcement dated 27 January 2017 and completion of the normal regulatory due diligence Sharon Adele Gramauskas (aged 42) will, with immediate effect, join the board as Finance Director.

Sharon Gramauskas qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 2004. Miss Gramauskas has 17 years of experience and was appointed as Group Financial Controller of Coral Products Mouldings Ltd in December 2016.  Miss Gramauskas previously acted as Financial Controller of James Dewhurst Ltd between August 2014 and November 2016.  Between September 2012 and July 2014 Miss Gramauskas acted as Finance Project Manager at Pets Choice Ltd. Prior to this Miss Gramauskas held accounting positions at Thames Water, Scott Health & Safety and Uniqema Ltd. Miss Gramauskas is a member of the Chartered Institute for Management Accountants.

There is no further information regarding Miss Gramauskas required to be disclosed pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
