Result of Annual General Meeting and General Meeting
The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and General Meeting ("GM") held earlier today all resolutions, as set out in the AGM and GM notices, were duly passed by the required majority.
The results of the polls were as follows:
