AGM Statement

Joe Grimmond, Chairman of Coral, will provide the following statement at the Company's AGM later today:

"I am pleased to report that the Group has seen an increase in revenue and margins during the first quarter of the new financial year and that current trading is in line with expectations.

"Since announcing our year end results in July, we have commenced the integration of the recently acquired Tatra Plastics Manufacturing Limited, successfully completing the transfer of their injection moulding operations to our Haydock site. Full production is expected during September.

"Demand across the Group remains strong and, with greater focus on new sales opportunities, we remain confident of further growth.

"The recently announced agreement for the supply of a range of totes to a leading national on-line retailer, whilst still in trial stages, is expected to have a positive impact on the second half.

"With continuing strong cash flow the board remains confident for the year ahead.

"The Group will announce its interim results for the six months ending 31 October 2014 in early December."
