Pursuant to Policy 9 – Name Change, Stock Splits and Share Consolidation of the Canadian Securities Exchange, and further to the letter of the Company dated May 21, 2026, the Company advises that it will subdivide its common shares on the basis of 1 pre-subdivision common share for 2 post-subdivision common shares (the “Subdivision”) held by shareholders of the Company on May 26, 2026.

The Company will push out the securities required to effect the Subdivision and no new CUSIP/ISIN will be assigned to the Company’s common shares.
