Re: CopperCorp Resources Inc. (the “Company”) Consent of Qualified Person
To whom it may concern:
Reference is made to the technical report dated effective April 18, 2021, entitled “Independent Technical Report on EL2/2018 Tasmania Australia” (the “ Technical Report ”) prepared in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 43‐101.
In connection with the Company’s final prospectus dated November 10, 2021 and all documents incorporated by reference therein (collectively, the “ Prospectus ”), I, Tim Callaghan, BSc (Hons), M. Econ. Geol., MAusIMM., MAIG, an independent consulting geologist, on behalf of myself hereby:

consent to the SEDAR filing and/or public filing in any other manner of the Technical Report with the offices of the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Alberta Securities Commission, the Ontario Securities Commission, and the TSX Venture Exchange;

consent to the use of my name and references to the Technical Report, or portions thereof, in the Prospectus and to the inclusion or incorporation by reference of information derived from the Technical Report in the Prospectus;

confirm that I have read the Prospectus and that they fairly and accurately represent the information in the corresponding sections of the Technical Report, and that the Technical Report supports that disclosure; and

confirm that I have read the Prospectus and have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that are derived from the Technical Report or that are within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Technical Report.
