On December 27, 2022, the Reba Family Limited Partnership II (for which the reporting person then served as general partner), transferred 20,496 shares of Copart, Inc. common stock to The Willis J. Johnson and Reba J. Johnson Revocable Trust DTD 1/16/1997. Subsequently, on December 31, 2022, the reporting person resigned as general partner of the Reba Family Limited Partnership II, such that the reporting person no longer has any beneficial ownership of the shares of Copart, Inc. held by that entity.
