INFORMATION ON THE SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBER CANDIDATES

Rainer Rohtla

Rainer Rohtla has obtained higher education in logistics management from Jyväskyla university of Applied Sciences, Finland. Rainer Rohtla has worked in top management positions in various logistics management related international enterprises, latest of them from 2019-2022 as General Manager of Via 3L Group. Since 2023 February he acts as chairman of the board of Coop Eesti Keskühistu.

As of 11 March 2026, Rainer Rohtla does not have a position in Coop Pank AS shares.

Viljar Arakas

Viljar Arakas is a founding member and a member of the board of EfTEN Capital AS, and from spring 2008 also a member of the board of EfTEN Kinnisvara AS. Before putting together the team of EfTEN Capital he was the chairman of the board of Arco Vara AS. From 2000 to 2002 he was the chairman of the board of OÜ Haagisekeskus and from 1999 to 2002 the chairman of the board of AS Arco Transport. From 1998 to 2001 he worked as a project manager in AS Arco Transport. Viljar Arakas studied telecommunications in Tallinn Polytechnic School and after graduation in 1999 he went on to study business administration in Estonian Business School, which he graduated in 2003. After graduation he continued his education in Hogeschool NOVI in Netherlands in 2002-2003 and graduated with double major.

As of 11 March 2026, Viljar Arakas owns through his company Miemma Holding OÜ 38 094 shares of Coop Pank AS and 14 subordinated bonds of Coop Pank AS.

Roman Provotorov

Roman Provotorov has obtained higher education in economics and management from Estonian Agricultural University (currently Estonian University of Life Sciences). Since 1995, he is chairman of the board of Antsla Tarbijate Ühistu (Antsla Consumer Association) and, since 2017, member of the supervisory board of Coop Pank AS.

As of 11 March 2026, Roman Provotorov owns 17 000 shares of Coop Pank AS.

Silver Kuus

Silver Kuus has obtained a master's degree in international business management from Estonian Business School. Silver Kuus has worked in top management positions in different financial institutions, latest of them from 2017-2019 as manager of corporate banking at Luminor Bank AS. Currently, he is manager of a business consulting company OÜ LORIKORU CAPITAL and Head of Development at Agrone OÜ.

As of 11 March 2026, Silver Kuus does not have a position in Coop Pank AS shares.

Kadri Aguraiuja

Kadri Aguraiuja has a master's degree in food technology and engineering from Tallinn University of Technology. Kadri Aguraiuja has worked in various leadership positions in the field of trade, including

from 2004 to 2018 as a commercial manager at Tallinna Kaubamaba AS; from 2018 to 2020 as a commercial and development manager at Biomarket OÜ, and since 2021 she has been working at Harju Tarbijate Ühistu, where she was the commercial manager until 2025, and since 2025 she has been the chairman of the board of Harju Tarbijate Ühistu.

As of 11 March 2026, Kadri Aguraiuja owns 5 250 shares of Coop Pank AS.

Mari-Liis Rüütsalu

Mari-Liis Rüütsalu has a degree in entrepreneurship and business administration from the Pärnu School of Economics (Pärnu College of the University of Tartu) (the study program was based on the curriculum of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tartu) and a degree in business administration from the Estonian Institute of Economic Leaders (EMI). Mari-Liis Rüütsalu worked as the Chairman of the Board of Ekspress Grupp AS in 2017-2025, and previously as the Chairman of the Board of Ekspress Meedia (currently Delfi Meedia) and as the Chairman of the Board/CEO of Delfi AS.

She has supplemented her knowledge of management and board work in the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance (BICG) programs, including the Board Member Education Program and the Board Chairman Certificate Program. Over the years, she has participated and presented at numerous media, management, marketing, and sales conferences and training courses in Estonia, Europe, and the United States.
