Cool Company Ltd. (the “Company”; NYSE:CLCO / CLCO.OL) informs that EPS Ventures Ltd., has on May 23, 2025 acquired 100,000 shares in the Company from Langebru AS, at a price of 61.50 NOK per share. Following the transaction, EPS Ventures Ltd. holds a total of 31,354,390 shares in the Company, equivalent to 59.1% of the Company’s shares.

EPS Ventures Ltd. is a close associate of Cyril Ducau, Chair of the Board of the Company, and Joanna Zhou, Director of the Company. Langebru AS is a close associate of Peter Anker, Director of the Company.
