Golar LNG Limited, a close associate of Mi Hong Yoon, Member of the Board of Cool Company Ltd. (the “Company”) has, on 28 February 2023 sold 4,463,845 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 130 per share. Please see the attached notification form prepared in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation article 19.

Following the transaction, Golar LNG Limited holds one share and vote in the Company.
